The Role: The Senior Director of Architecture, Engineering & Visibility at Black Lotus Security Group leads the strategy, design, and delivery of BLSG's core threat intelligence and security platforms. This role oversees the architecture and operations of the Black Lotus Labs platform, enabling global IP backbone visibility, advanced threat research, and secure product innovation in partnership with Network Operations, Threat Research, and Security Product teams. You will drive cloud transformation, modernize legacy systems, scale petabyte-level data platforms, and unify diverse telemetry to enhance real‑time threat detection. This leader guides multidisciplinary engineering teams, strengthens strategic technical partnerships, and ensures all solutions are resilient, cloud‑native, secure, and ready to scale with evolving cyber threats and business growth.
