Responsibilities As an Electrician III, you are responsible for the daily tasks pertaining to the success of construction projects with the help of electrical utility. In addition, you will: Lead and provide guidance to ensure project completion Read blueprints and do estimates Manage material, labor, and electrical projects and control costs based on project budgets Possess working knowledge of the electrical industry to include new site build, modifications for deployment, implementation, and some knowledge of real estate, site acquisition, and zoning Be responsible for managing and controlling costs for the financial cycle of the project, including budget control and maintenance, financial tracking, reporting, bidding, proposal management, purchase orders, review and approval of vendor invoices, and project close-out Prepare the scope of work to include pricing, resources, and schedule for new and proposed projects in accordance with existing contract terms and conditions Be responsible for managing site acquisition, engineering, and construction projects in compliance with established processes and policies established by the company, the client, and regulatory agencies Use knowledge of customers' networks…
