Telecom Construction Supervisor (Fiber Splicing Focus)

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Supervisor with a strong background in fiber splicing and telecommunications construction. This dual-role position will oversee field construction activities while also supporting and managing fiber splicing operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Responsibilities As a Construction Supervisor, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. In addition, you will: Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction (Aerial and underground) Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers Gives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities Supervise daily telecom construction activities, including underground and aerial fiber installation Oversee and support fiber splicing operations, including troubleshooting and quality control Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials to meet project timelines Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications Review and track production, including splicing progress and restoration timelines Conduct field inspections and audits to ensure quality workmanship Manage and communicate updates on project status, delays, and risks Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for construction and splicing teams Support emergency restoration efforts and help meet required TTR (Time to Restore) goals Qualifications About You: Safety…
