Responsibilities The (Regional) Sourcing Manager position is responsible for sourcing vendors for the region and managing the vendor relationships. **MUST have experience sourcing for general contractors in the telecom construction industry.** In addition, you will: Source vendors for the region; understand demand-supply crew gaps and develop action plans to close those gaps Be the central point of contact for project and market staff, and liaison between Corporate VMO, business partners, vendors, suppliers, project teams, and corporate support teams Advocate for partners and vendors Actively engage partners and promote mutually beneficial initiatives Recruit and vet general contractors for both wireless and fiber infrastructure builds Provide leadership and total lifecycle supplier relationship management Provide daily, weekly, and monthly accountability in support of the market vendor base Schedule and coordinate the mobilization of contractor resources Monitor purchase orders Collaborate with the markets to reconcile vendor accounts Analyze, organize, and report on large data sets Assist with unique projects and help drive new initiatives in the market Provide training, ad-hoc financial analyses,…
