Responsibilities As a Make Ready Fielder/Pole Surveyor, you will conduct field assessments, surveys, and make-ready evaluations for utility pole attachments and network expansions. In addition, you will: OSP Fielder will complete site visits within the given market Take legible field notes for the design of construction drawings in aerial, buried, underground, and building applications Analyze work site and design requests, then determine scope of work to be completed Deliver projects within timeline and ensure quality of work completed Collaborate with the in-house MRE Engineering Team to implement quality assurance practices, in order to maintain consistent production quality throughout the project Interact with internal and external customers, and represent Byers/MasTec and our client in a professional manner Follow very specific and detailed procedures already implemented, while remaining flexible enough to readily adapt to changing standards and procedures without notice Adhere to all company safety practices and policies Qualifications About You: Understanding of Telecom, Fiber, and Outside Plant required Relevant experience with utilities, cabling, or construction is also considered Excellent…
